The right to admission is reserved by the promoter and venue, with no refunds for refusal of entry due to non-compliance with venue policies or code of conduct.

1. Ticket Holder Information

   - The primary ticket holder is responsible for providing accurate billing details.

   - Tickets are non-transferable. The primary ticket holder must be present to enter the event.

2. Documentation Required at the Event

   - To gain entry, you may need to present:

      - The payment card used for ticket purchase, matching your identification.

      - Valid photo identification, such as a driver's license, passport, or proof of age.

      - Confirmation email, serving as your ticket.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

   - All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in the case of event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes as outlined in the Variation Ticket Policy.

4. Service Charges and Booking Fees

   - Tickets may be subject to service charges and non-refundable booking fees. These fees are outlined during the ticket purchase process.

Advertising Consent

   - By entering the venue or purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of any pictures or videos taken of you for promotional and advertising purposes related to the event.
